Alexandra Costin
Piano

"A certitude of her generation", boasting "an unerring and complete technique", endowed with "a special musical sensitivity and intuition"; "firmness, balance, accuracy, a special sense of the sonorous colour" - these are some of the critical remarks made on the occasion of the concerts given by the young pianist Alexandra Costin. "A reflexive artistic nature, music criti Elena Zottoviceanu writes, sche belongs to that category of pianists filtering their emotional impulse through a bright intelligence. I intuit a performer with a modern spirit in Alexandra Costin, capable of expressing her own viewpoint in the music she communicates. Her exceptional talent is supported by a remarkable sense of construction, also apparent in performing the pieces on her debut CD, so different stylistically. This true key test of the styles in convincingly passed by the pianist.
